1. Service Description

EcomSelect AI is a SaaS platform that helps e-commerce brands analyze TikTok content, identify high-performing videos, generate advertising recommendations, review budget decisions, and prepare suggested replies to comments.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to connect and manage any TikTok Business, advertiser, or social media account connected to EcomSelect AI. Users are also responsible for reviewing AI-generated recommendations before applying them.

3. TikTok API Usage

EcomSelect AI uses TikTok APIs only with user authorization and only for permitted purposes, including account connection, reporting, campaign analysis, ad performance insights, creative analysis, and comment management where permission is granted.

4. No Guaranteed Results

EcomSelect AI may provide advertising insights, scores, and recommendations, but we do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, ROAS, profit, growth, or advertising performance. Marketing results depend on many external factors.

5. AI Recommendations

AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational and operational support only. Users should verify recommendations before launching campaigns, increasing budgets, pausing ads, or replying to comments.

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not use EcomSelect AI for unauthorized data access, scraping, spam, misleading advertising, illegal activities, or violation of TikTok policies, advertising rules, or applicable laws.

7. Account Access and Security

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure. EcomSelect AI will never ask users for their TikTok password. TikTok access must be granted through the official authorization flow.

8. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans, billing cycles, and subscription terms will be displayed before purchase. Users may cancel according to the terms shown at the time of subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomSelect AI is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, advertising losses, account restrictions, or third-party platform decisions.
